United States: We offer a flat rate of $20 USD for standard delivery within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.

Canada: For customers within Canada, we offer a flat rate of $9.95 CAD for standard delivery. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.

Express Delivery

For faster service, we offer express delivery options:

United States: Express delivery is available for $30 USD. Orders placed with express delivery typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the time of dispatch.

Canada: Express delivery is available for $18 CAD. Orders placed with express delivery typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the time of dispatch.

International Shipping

We are excited to serve customers around the world! For international orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that shipping speed may vary depending on your destination, but we anticipate a shipping time of approximately 14 days from the time of dispatch.

Additionally, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Flag Bag Couture Refund Policy

At Flag Bag Couture, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

- You must notify us of your intent to return the item within *14 days* of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Flag Bag Couture will cover the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will assist in finding the perfect replacement. Exchanges must also follow the 14-day notification period.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
