We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at hello@flagbagcouture.com to request a cancellation. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production will have commenced.
