Flag Bag Couture Refund Policy

At Flag Bag Couture, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• - You must notify us of your intent to return the item within *14 days* of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
• Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Flag Bag Couture will cover the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will assist in finding the perfect replacement. Exchanges must also follow the 14-day notification period.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
